Pat Kelman (Patrick Kelly)
Training Hour
60 minutes, 1:1. Bring anything Excel, Microsoft Office, AI or automation. Leave able to do it yourself. If you can't, full refund.
Location says Google Meet, but I'm happy with Zoom or Teams.
Fix-It-Hour
60 minutes on Zoom. Bring the broken thing, the spreadsheet that lies to you every month, the automation that half-works, the AI that won't do anything useful. I fix it live, on the call. If I can't, full refund.
Location says Google, but happy to use Zoom or Teams.
Operational Systems Audit
A paid operational audit for solo founders and small teams whose systems almost work, but quietly create drag.
Includes live audit call + written friction map and prioritised recommendations within 3 working days.
