Andy founded AI BISTRO to bring production-grade AI to organizations across CEE and DACH. His work spans data engineering, LLM integration, agent systems, ML operations, and the modernization of inherited and legacy codebases — with a bias toward solutions that are technically clean and practically useful. He also leads AI and data engineering work at our strategic partner Aprova GmbH in Switzerland.
